Snowbursts in Greenbelt – 2013 December
It was an interesting winter that lasted from just after Thanksgiving to March 2014. It was also cold but it was pretty at times.
The shore birds came inland to rest and they don’t seem to mind the cold.
Late Fall at Greenbelt Lake
The fall is the finest time to come to the Washington D.C. area. Generally fall is rather pleasant and a fall sun makes it pleasant to be outside. And the Fall sun makes everything brilliant

Cold October Day 2013-10-25
These a man made pond just off Hanover Pakway, that many waterfowl come to as a place of relaxation. It’s fall and it was cold . A harbinger of the winter to follow. Seagulls soaring and geese preparing for flight.

During the fall the geese come to Cash Lake to eat and be safe.

So, there is a nice park in Columbia, Maryland called Centennial Park which has a large lake. So it was a nice September Day. Both geese and human are in the lake enjoying the day.

Well, I am trying to catch up and it’s going to be a feat. But this was during a muggy day in Washington D.C. On the border between the city and Prince George’s County. It’s really a nice place.
